Arthur Township has made some changes to the process of obtaining a Building Permit.

Arthur township will continue to administer the townships Zoning Ordinance.  Arthur is adding a Land Use Application to review and update your site plan, and to keep the individual parcel files up to date.

Mora Building Department will be processing building permits, doing plan review, and performing building inspections.

Kanabec County Environmental Services will still be called upon to administer the county’s Shoreland District controls and handle septic systems.

Every building permit begins with a Land Use Application for the zoning review.
